I had an absolutely amazing stay, with location very close to vaporetto stop. Appreciated that it included a microwave, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment.

The owner lady was always there to answer our questions and maximize our requests. Everything we needed was there, and the air conditioning was very quiet, which was nice. The apartment was beautifully presented and well stocked with little extras. The aircon was excellent. It was well positioned away from the main tourist areas but easy to get to them. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a supermarket. The alcove with the single bed was much bigger than it looked in the pictures - our daughter loved it! Marina, our host, was a pleasure to deal with. She helped make our stay easy and even booked us a private boat transfer back to the airport. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and living areas, and had everything we needed. It was close to the center, with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, canals, and old churches. The communication before our trip was excellent, with perfect directions and advice. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could need, including clean towels, kitchen utensils, and coffee pots. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you're on a budget.

This modern apartment is beautifully presented with helpful information, excellent air conditioning, and well-stocked amenities. It is conveniently located away from the main tourist areas, but still easily accessible by walking or nearby vaporetto. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby. The apartment also has a spacious alcove that our 15-year-old daughter loved.
Felt cared for, nothing too much trouble.
